Under normal circumstances, orders submitted before 2 PM E S T are fulfilled and shipped out the same day. However, we may take additional working days if coincident with public holidays, special sales such as Black Friday, unexpected circumstances such as COVID-19, towards the year-end and etc. We will announce this in the website.
