• How can i cancel my order?

  As we fulfill the product in same day or 1 day, cancellation can be only done after you received the product and there 10% restocking fee will be charged. Kindly email us for return address.

• I received defective / wrong item

  Exchange is applicable when you received defective or wrong items, please send us the photo of the received items and we will send you replacement with the original shipping method.  Replacement with other same value item or refund only can be done if the same item is out of stock.

• I want to return item

  For order after shipped, at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted, exclude shipping. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
